I am not a resident at this brand new complex. But when I was shopping around for apartment in San Jose, leasing office at Avalon at Cahill Park has the best attitude out of all other similar apartment complexes. The person who showed me around was willing to please and tried to work it out for me.

Unlike other places, some of them are still not being realistic about the economic situation in Silicon Valley. They won't want to lower the high rent or offer any better deal to get you in.
