THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE, THEY DO NOT DO A THING TO HELP YOU WITH COMPLAINTS. I COMPLAINED 7 TIMES ABOUT THE NOISE FROM THE APT UPSTAIRS. MY LIGHT SHAKED WHEN THEY WOULD WALK ACROSS THE FLOOR, THE SMOKE ALARM FELL OFF FROM THERE WALKING ACROSS THE FLOOR. VERY NOISEY PLACE. CONSTRUCTION ACROSS THE STREET WILL BE GOING ON FOR ANOTHER YEAR OR SO. PARKING IS HORRIBLE, AND YOU NEED A PERMIT FROM CITY OF SAN JOSE. MANAGEMENT WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERY LITTLE THING YOU DO ALSO. THE CAR GARAGE DOORS ARE ALWAYS BROKEN. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. THEY WILL ALSO RAISE YOUR RENT BY $200 AFTER YOUR LEASE IS UP.

you're crazy. Please explain why the management of the apartment complex has anything to do with a) private construction across the street & b) the city requiring a permit to park on the street? Also, if the management is so poor to NOT respond to your noise complaints, how is it that they "complain about every little thing"??? Get over yourself.

Obviously, this person has left the complex. Probably couldn't afford the rent.
