If you have more than one car, then forget about this place. Only one assigned parking per unit. Even though street parking is only for those with permits, but you won't be able to find a parking spot on nights when there is an event at HP pavillion.

This place is on the flight path, and thus you do not need an alarm clock, because you will wake up at 6 in the morning due to flight noise. Otherwise, you will wake up at 7 in the morning due to construction noise right next to the unit.

Manager cannot think logically. She only makes a judgement based on a single complaint.

Other than those, the unit are pretty nicely equiped/decorated.

Not that I really care, but did you not notice the construction or realize that you are only minutes from the airport before you moved in? Just asking?

I think management is excellent and very responsive. I never hear anything unless I have my window/door open (the double pane windows and doors really do filter out quite a bit of noise). We have a second car we park outside of the garage and parking has never been a problem; even as the Sharks were winning in the semi-finals!

The construction problem will go away; besides they have a permit that allows them to make noise at the hours they do.

Nearly all of your complaints have NOTHING to do with the complex itself and seem to be entirely based on your lack of research into the area. Sucks you seem to have exaggerated your problems, but the fact remains: this place is THE nicest you will find in San Jose for the money AND is very new and contemporary to boot. Believe me: we turned in our notice to vacate and quickly came running back with our tails in-between our legs!
