Avalon at Cahill Park

Awesome!! From: pod_22@hotmail.com Date posted: 11/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived in Avalon at Cahill Park for the past year , and i love it!! Of course, I have had a maintenance issue here-and-there; however, it has never taken them longer then 48hrs to address the situation. To me that means a lot. They even change the light-bulbs for my apartment when needed...what else can I say, its great. There is some construction going on in the surrounding neighborhood, but I have found that they never work past 4pm & never work on weekends. It's really nothing that bothers me, but it is there. Not all construction is bad, they are building a Whole Foods grocery store right across the street from Avalon, which is ideal for me. Management is good, the community is good, and my neighbors are pretty cool, as well. Parking isn't that great, but we do live in the downtown area. Oh, one last thing, when I travel, the staff at Avalon have even watered my plants for me...I have lived in four different communities & none of them have ever offered any special services. I love it.
