Avalon at Cahill Park

Good place, but can be difficult to find parking From: 102302 Date posted: 11/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This apartment complex was pretty good. I liked the apartment my roommate and I shared, even though the walls are a little thinner than the last place I stayed. It was nice to have a park right behind the complex where I could walk my dog and it was great to have Caltrain and the HP Pavillion right there within walking distance. The only major complaint I have is that parking is tight and when the new condo/apt complex is finally done across the street, parking will be even harder to find if you have more than one car per apartment. The management was always prompt with responding to my emails or phone calls and I never had to call the maintenance staff twice about the same problem. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to live with a lot of community activities (they like to throw parties with free food, beer and wine!) that is located close to downtown.
