I moved into Cahill Park at the end of Sept 08, and I love it here. The staff and management are all very friendly and responsive, and the place is maintained well. There was a problem with another resident and the issue was resolved quickly and without additional incidents. I'm not going to lie, it's expensive to live here. But the place is clean, my apartment is bright and new, and I feel safe living here. I also love the monthly events they host, although I haven't been able to attend them all. They even delivered packages directly to apartments on Christmas Eve in case residents were unable to pick them up during office hours - a service I felt was above and beyond what other places offer, and was certainly greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to others who are in the market and who are fed up with dirty apartment complexes, grumpy staff, or unfriendly residents.
