Eh From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/6/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   The new apartments are very nice, though they finished construction in such a rush you will find things missing (like bolts in the walls, or a window!). Unfortunately, the general population seems to be somewhat low-class and have very loud parties with no consideration for others. And the neighborhood doesn't feel all that safe.
