From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   I have live here since Dec. 1999..and I have to say how sad I am to see this neighborhood go downhill. Being female and living alone I have decided to move for my safety. In the past 6 months alone here is what has been going on. High speed police chase resulting in car crashing into Avalon at Foxchase patio. Police sealed off area...not allowed into my unit...never caught the guy. Evacuated from my unit because my neighbor was running a METH LAB (yes a meth lab...they blow up as you may know). Guy locked himself into his unit and had a 4 hour stand off with police. Police dispatched because a very high and naked woman was running around knocking on doors in the middle of the night. Various car break in's. Abandoned truck along the street with tickets all over it for months now (no idea why is has not been towed). I constantly have solicitors POUNDING on my door... TONS of shopping carts in the landscaping... So basically if you are looking for a place that is quickly turning into a ghetto you can have my unit.....
