I have lived here only two months. Here's what i think so far....
THE GOOD: The grass, trees, shrubs are always well maintained. There isn't anyone at the pool or hot tub so it is nice to have it all to yourself. They have vaulted ceilings on the top floor units. No problem with having the hot water stay hot(don't know if this will be true in the winter though). Water pressure is good.
They have community get togethers that you can attend if you want to. Close to the mall, safeway, trader joes, albertsons, ross, tjmaxx.
THE BAD: There are a couple of parked (abandoned)cars on the property that have been there since i have moved in that they won't tow. There are even tickets and warnings on the cars, but they are still there...everyday.. using up good parking spots. You can hear (or feel) people walking, but i guess thats apt. life. The washing machine and dryer are tiny. There are soooo many spiders and spider webs all over the place, they said they were going to pressure wash but i dont think they have gotten around to it. The kitchen and bathroom aren't the prettiest.
