Avalon too much $$$ for what you get From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   We lived at Avalon foxchase for over a year. they raised out rent over $300.00 at the end of our lease. we left and went to avalon blosom hill much better. apartment are nicer, cleaner, better maintained. my biggest pet peeve about foxchase was that the model showed us one thing and our apartment was antoher. model shows full size washer and dryers, we had stackabales, new appliances shown in model we had all old. Avalong blossom hill showed us a model and told us this is what we would get and we did! GO pay the extra $200/month at blossom hill ask for monica in the leasing office she is awesome!!! defiantly do not deal wiht foxchase or jenna or merritt from thier managment team they are AWFUL!!!!!!
