Counting the days From: Waiting2Buy Date posted: 4/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Well I have been living here at Foxchase for nearly a month.. it feels like a year. The living condition here flat out SUCKS! So if you are curious about moving here.. lets list my negatives 1 by 1. 1. Cost - 1500 for a 2br : Although you'll be happy to know that section 8 members of society are hapily living here for about 200/mo. 2. Fellow Residents: See above. There is always somebody getting high in my parking lot. Fine if thats your lifestyle.. but they don't ever sleep! They're always down there getting high.. or just standing around watching you unload your stuff..basically contemplating if you have anything worth stealing. 3. Transients: The bridge for 85 is less then a block away, and the people who some how couldn't live here.. live there.. but don't worry, they'll come out.. and go through the dumpsters when you're trying to sleep. 4. Location: Convinient yes.. NOISE AS $*)@ YES!!. Sirens all night up and down Blossom Hill and Almaden. Basically I moved here to save money to buy, and I can't wait until I can move my stuff from here. I've got a calender all ready counting down the days, I'd almost rather be homeless then be stuck here. Even the staff here knows it sucks. Most don't live here, they live over in the Blossom Hill version, which is only a few blocks away, but what a difference a few blocks makes. They've been quoted as saying. "They cater to a different demographic there". Nice what are you saying about me when you say that' Oh.. my apartment.. HA I aparently moved in where the dude with 1000 cats lived. Whole place smelled like cat piss, the bathroom cabinets have all been chewed on at the corners.. its tacky as hell, and gross to look at. ALL repeat ALL of my outlets are old and most things you plug in.. just fall right the hell out. The dirtbags outside have apparently ended their friday night drinking early, so I'm going to stop here while its quiet. I'll finish this next month if I'm still here.
