It is absolutley OK for you to park ANYWHERE you want. Management wont do a thing about it except tell you that they will be "sending out notices in two weeks". I lived there for 16 months and I'm still waiting for that notice.... I was blocked in my garage and unable to get out a total of 6 days (not consecutive) because people would leave there cars in front of my garage. Management told me EVERY time that they could not tow any cars, but they would have it worked out in two weeks (again). Finally, I moved out and these fat, lazy ass b**ches send me my statement of deposit and send me to collections'!'!'!' I move out on the 11th, and they send me a bill on the 13th as well as sending me to collections''' What is that, two days, and I don't even get a chance to pay' I've already paid collections (4 days after I moved out, and the same day that I received the bill) but this crap will now be on my credit report for 7 years! The biggest pig of them all (THE MANAGER, and I wont use her name, but she is the current manager there as of 8-15-03) is as dumb as they come. Where do they find these people' Avalon at River Oaks is managed by a bunch of junior college drop outs making 10 bucks an hour. WORTHLESS....Don't try to reason with her, it's like talking to a retarded ape.
