Avoid this place... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I lived here for two years. The walls are paper-thin, the inside units are limited to three windows (very dark) and the staff are helpful only if they think you will not move out. After two years, they subtracted carpet cleaning, painting, and other sundry expenses from my deposit - this after we spent three days cleaning the place. For six (6) months, the area was under construction (dirt, nails in your tires, NOISE). If you are lucky enough to find parking outside your communal garage, expect to find your car by the color of bird droppings over your entire car. Whoever planned the foliage never lived around plum trees - the fruit sticks to your shoes, stains your paint, spots your carpet, and attracts insects. Out of a possible 10, I would award this dump a three, only because there were no leaks and the bedroom stayed dry. Oh yes, they DID reduce my rent by $13.00 after the first year.
