Very bad management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   We lived here for 2 years. We have renewed lease twice. The leasing officer told us every time if we need to break the lease we only need to pay 1-month rent as penalty. It is also stated in the lease and they need to send us a written notice if they need to change anything in the lease. Now we need to break the lease because we bought a house. They now require 2-month penalty and said they have been doing this for 2 years. Why do they give us false information if they have already been doing this for 2 years' I have talked to the new manager and she is very unreasonable. Avoid this place if you can.
