Don't live here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Don't even consider moving here! This is the second time we don't have hot water from 8pm till 9am. The apartment improved its outlook, and now remodeling the gym. But what they really need to do is to replace all the old boiling system, electronic appliances, carpet and everything inside your room. Their price is really high compare to the current market. They probably will give you a good move-in bonus. But when you renew the lease, you will only think about moving out!
