Not worth $1,575 rent water & sewage & hot water energy cost

Advantage: 1. Most of its tenants are high-tech professionals. People here are more friendly and understandable. 2. Community common area is cleaned and well designed. 3. Maintenance request can be immediately responded. 4. Management people are cooperative when you request any reasonable services. 5. $1,575 monthly rent is okay with 2 beds 2 baths/1075 sq. ft. in this area. 6. One-car garage 6. The whole community is in the safe area.
Disadvantage: 1. Wake up at 4:30 in the morning because the apartment area is in the aviation path.
2. The carpet, the kitchen floor, the refrigerator, and the kitchen and bathroom cabinet look like 50 years old. The building materials are too cheaper compared to the reputation and rent. The apartment needs remodel.
3. The cost of trash & garbage, water & sewage and hot water energy are measured on each 8 units. Each unit cost is separated based on the number of tenants. If your neighbor has their parents to live with them without any notice to the energy company, you will feel it is unfair.
