I have lived here since April 1991, they were still finishing construction on some of the buildings when I moved into mine... there have been three different owners of this apartment complex, the current owners are the longest owners and are quite good... parking is usually
adequate when you realize many people have two cars, but when there are also guests, parking may overflow to the street... noise level has always been quiet... grounds are well kept but nothing exceptional... safety is excellent, I often come at all hours of the night, including the very late hours of midnight to 5am, for years, and absolutely no problems... construction is generally good but there were some serious errors made by the original builders (which the current owners inherited) on a FEW apartments, these have been fixed by the current owner... there has been excellent maintenance done, though I have needed ALMOST NONE since 1991... there has been amazing turnover in the office staff through the years, but I have NEVER had any problems with them... overall I have been very happy here and will continue to live here for awhile, the area is especially good now that a shopping center has been built three very short blocks away, although it was only built two years ago, this neighborhood was not that convenient before that, but work was only a block away so it was still good for me to live here.
