The renovation last year made this community
look like brand new. But you might realize
the big difference once you move in.
THe place is 14 yrs old, appliance is old
and cracking. I do like this area, a lot
of decent townhouses around. But in my opinion as a rental community it is somehow over priced.
Also had the new management team a few months ago, and I had a very different experience when going down to leasing office asking them to replace a very old bathroom sink, the reply is this is a well 'established' community, so do expect old appliance. ''!!
I am really not surprised when seeing a lot of 'NO' recommendation here.
