So far, so good From: artistmoon Date posted: 10/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   We have lived here since March 2007. I moved from the NW area and if it were not for the staff (Jimmy) being so attentive to my needs and time frame, the transition could have been much harder. She made it seamless and wonderful. My immediate upstairs neighbor is so quiet you would not even know anyone lived above us. The other neighbor, not so lucky...but that's apt living. Parking is hard after 8pm and almost impossible on the weekends. I will say the maintenance crew has fixed everything within 24 hours and is quite courteous in passing. The biggest "ICK" about this place would be the garbage area. Tenants toss garbage on the ground, leave old furniture & mattress's even though there are several signs saying not to. It's a haven for rats. I dread taking out the garbage each week. Aside from that, it's a nice place to live.
