Nice and Small ... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My gf lived in a studio there and it was spacious and clean. When we moved in together we upgraded to a two-bedroom. Pros: Convenient location. Pet monthly deposit is fair. Management is responsive. Neighbors are friendly. Swimming pool. Well-lit. Definitely in a nice surrounding neighborhood. Safe. Cons: The bathroom is too small. Limited parking. The exterior is a turn off b/c it looks run down but the interior is very clean and spacious. No AC. A total of 4 washers and 4 Dryers for the entire complex.
