Beau Monde Apartments

WARNING!! Awful place. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/29/2003 Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2003   This is a terrible complex. I have lived here for quite a while and I have watched it go down hill fast. I will be looking for a new place as soon as my lease is up!! The grounds are an absolute mess. The office crew gets turned over about every 6-12 months...so there is no way for these managers to stay on top of stuff or follow through to make sure that problems are resolved. The owner is an extremely cheap individual and would rather put a band-aid on the problem then fix it right. We have had a termit infestation and the landlord does nothing about it. The following are the list of vermin that I have come in contact with since I have lived here: Rats and Mice, Slugs (in my house), ants and the termits actually in my house. I have had too many problems to list...and cannot wait until the day that I am able to move on...only a couple of more months. I would strongly suggest AGAINST even thinking on moving into this complex.
