| | The owner knows about all the hot water and dirty water issues that plague the tennants and has outright refused to correct the problems!

| | The plugs are 2 prong. You have to sign a lead release. The water comes out brown when you first turn it on. You share your water heater with other tennants, so you lose water pressure when they use theirs.
