Blossom Hill Apartments

HONESTLY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002 1 response   I lived at Blossom Hill Apartments. Boy, Ill tell you this was a nightmare. I moved in and found mice, roaches and crack pipes in my unit. I was told that my unit was a crack house. New managers in the office come and go. The office wont break a lease if you were shot in the head in a coma in the hospital and your family needed to move. The Maintenance are lazy and prejudice they only help their fellow --------. They smell like drunks and are shiftless especially Pedro who is from Texas he think he is better than the other -------- and everyone there he lies about doing a repair and never ever get around to doing it. It is Section 8 and Homeless voucher filled. Kids cant ride their bikes, skates or skooters in the complex or even bounce a ball. Or else the office will threaten to evict you. All the units are different. Some have microwaves some dont. The model is not what the majority of the units look like. Tenants and their guests will park in your space and you cannot find parking on the street after 4pm. Registered sex offenders live there. One man who lived by the pool was jacking off in his window as the kids were swimming. The San Jose police will arrest you if your neighbor call on you for the slightest thing. The apartments are on Lean Avenue and everyone refer to the street as the "Murder Leans" The tenants are unfriendly and very, very messy. Maintenance dont do ----!!! If you have a problem with another tenant they dont get involved you have to deal with it on your own. It looks nice but living isnt. Old appliances that will make your PG&E high as hell. Drugs and crime are there. And Mangement dont give a damn about you or your complaints. Its too far out from downtown, if you dont have a car you are ---- out of luck on the city slow ass unrealiable transportation. The apartment complex is not children friendly. The apartment was falling apart--the rail was black with white painted over it and if you kept touching it over time it had black streaks and chips on the stairs. The kitchen floor is cheap linoleum the bathrooms walk in area are the same pattern. Spiders, HUGE waterbugs and vermin. All the Patio doors are put on backwards and no extra security latch for them either. I could hear my neighbors fart and vice versa. You had to talk low in your place. Maintenance do not clean the units at all it seemed before you move in. Cheap fixtures and falling apart. Workmanship is below average. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
