Blossom Oaks Apartments

If the gates were ever locked it would be a Prison From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/16/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   At first when I noticed the gates of the complex were not locked I was concerned. After living there for 1 year I am relieved that they are not locked. THAT WOULD BE THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BLOSSOM OAKS AND PRISON! If you are considering living at Blossom Oaks go and get yourself arrested and thrown in jail. At least that is FREE. Reading the previous reviews I believe that everyone can agree that the management is the problem. This is entirely true. However if they weren't enough here is a little tour of other disasters that you can expect at Blossom Oaks (BO). Read your lease agreement. If you are 1 day late on your rent you are charged $50! What the $@#% is that'' One time my roomates and I were 1 day late in our rent because the first of the month landed on a sunday. When we dropped it off Monday morning the nazi's themselves told us that we had to pay $50!! They could not have even cashed the check on Sunday! Getting back to the gates and the false sense of security. The police helicopter shines down almost every week. We have heard GUNSHOTS in the area on many occasions. My roomate got his stereo stolen from his car and I got my tire slashed. I would not even reccommend this complex to Osama Bin Laden!! Unless that would make American planes bomb it!! The only good thing that I have noticed is that there have been no insect problems, but come on... CAN YOU BLAME THEM FOR NOT WANTING TO LIVE THERE' Oh yes and who can forget the planes flying overhead' Forget the fact that SJ Airport is over 10 miles away. I swear it sounded like those things were landing in the parking lot!! I would avoid that place like a letter from Afganistan!!
