Boynton Books Apartments

One of the better apartments From: shashikiran_n@hotmail.com Date posted: 10/17/2001 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   I lived 4 years in this apartment complex both in the 1BR and 2BR units, and enjoyed my stay here. My friends whom I referred are still staying at the same place, and have no complaints. I was surprised to see the last couple of reviews, and they seem to be unfairly biased. Christine has made a lot of positive changes to the apartment complex, and brought together a "community" feeling which was missing earlier. The apartment complex is maintained ----- and span, and the club house has new equipment including a foos-ball table. Halloween parties have been organized, parking has been strictly regulated, and overall I think save for the odd exception, most people I've met at this apartment are definitely happy with the place. Special kudos to Hector, Angel and Mathilda - the maintenance crew for the excellent job they do. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for decent community living. We've seen a lot of apartments, but not many come close to the roomy design, and maintenance of the Boynton Brooks apartments.
