great short term place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   i stayed here the summer of 2003. we had a small flea problem in one of the rooms but the management was quick to bring in exterminators and offered us a reduced rent for the month. manager was always available. grounds and upkeep were excellent. parking on the street was always available since each apartment only had one space. no problems with neighbors they kept to themselves and had a few parties that were really undisturbing. if you do rent an apartment make sure its not by the clubhouse or pool and it should be quiet for you. if youre a bigot like the previous reviewer, then yeah you wouldn't like living in boyton. the neighbors are very diverse. i rented this spot from out of town not knowing what to expect and it exceeded the few expections that i did have. i highly recommend it for a summer stay.
