The rent for this apartment is high. I have been here for 2 years and Christine is a very nosey person. Her daughter is also hell. She is 15 years old, turns the music up loud so it vibrates the whole apartment building and throws 2 year old tantrums. The kids around here are also very rude, leaving their bikes, bottles, toys on the stairs where someone can step on them and break their necks. The only good thing here is you don't have to have a contract. Christine also has a tendency to not be in the office. She is a horrible manager and does not smile at all. Her kids are always slamming the doors which causes the whole apartment buiding to shake. The kids also throw the fruit from the trees at cars and throw their trash in the parking garage. Christine also abuses the privilidges. She takes 3 parking spaces, all under the parking garage. I would suggest to everyone do not get an apartment here. There is no quiet what so ever. There are knocks on the doors everyday with kids trying to get money from everyone.
These apartments appliances are very poor. This apartment needs a new garbage disposal and they just keep on trying to fix the old one. It gets stuck on water. I asked for a washer for the faucet 3 monthes ago and haven't even received it yet.
If you want your privacy or peace and quiet, do not come to this apartment. The manager is nosy and her own kids have are rude, they turn the music up loud, slam doors, and yell. So, don't rent these apartments. I'm glad one of the previous tenants agrees with me. I am going to move soon, because I can't stand this hell hole!!!
