Boynton Books Apartments

EXCELLENT From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I've lived in the Boynton Brooks apartments for one year now. My apartment is very spacious and it has been maintained well. My carpets and appliances are fairly new. The deck is very large. The location is nice. It's a couple of miles from Santa Row, Safeway and Valley Fair Mall. Most importantly, the price is reasonible. I can't forget to mention the security guard that walks and drives around the complex nightly. Upon the renewal of my contract/lease, my rent was lowered. I simply discussed the market rates for the same apartment in other complexes and Christine processed and approved the request. Christine is very proactive. She asks me on a regular basis what improvements need to be made to the complex as well as my apartment. A new deck around the pool will be installed shortly. Any appliance that required maintenance has been fixed in a timely manner. The property is always kept clean. I see gardners, pest control maintainence crews and cleaners are on the property on a regular basis. Even the laundry mat is kept emaculate. I would recommend this complex, Christine and her maintance crew(Hector and Angel) to anyone.
