Noisy club house and hostile neighbors From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   Lately, the clubhouse scene became too noisy with folks playing pool and shouting past 10pm. (official clubhouse hrs till 8pm!!). Lately, units (vacated by quiet families) are being rented by bachelor crowds who are loitering and idling all over the complex (few times with corona beer bottles in alley facing San Tomas) Bottom line, neighborhood become hostile and outspoken at each other lacking courtesy.
