Lived for 5 years ! Nice and clean From: lohith@hotmail.com Date posted: 12/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005   I lived in Boynton Brooks from 03/2000 to 11/2005 in 1 and 2 bedroom apts. Honsetly, my experieces with management and maintainance staff have been pretty good and satisfactory. Regarding loud noise in club house back in 2004, I even called manger at midnight, she responded to my call and came out and warned the folks who were making noise, also patrol/security came took care of the problem. When my car was mistakenly towed by towing company over the weekend, I called manager when she was on vacation about my missing car, she spoke to towing company to get my car delivered and afterwards changed security. Well, I do agree that some folks used to take liberty and abuse their freedom to the point of annoying neighbors, but that behavior/issues were taken care of by management. By the way, Apt's, surroundings and facilities are kept clean and well maintained. I recommend and rate Boynton Brooks the TOP for the reasonble rent and service. lohith@hotmail.com
