Boynton Greens Apartments

Its a good deal From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/7/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Its a decent apartment for those who cant afford much. The landscaping is quaint and peaceful, if it were not for all the greenery I wouldnt like the place as much. It can be noisy (the bedrooms/bedroom windows face a parking area in the back of other apartment complexes...this is the largest of the problems). The upkeep could be better (sidewalks are a little messy and so is the laundry room). They shouldnt even have a 'gym', its a joke and a hazard. NEVER put your outgoing mail in the 'mail box'... we have lost a few outgoing bills that way (what a mess!). Not impressed with most of the other renters. On a better note... the management is very nice and there has never been an 'issue'.
