Yes its pretty and green on the interior, but every bedroom wall faces a parking lot of the apartments next door on either side.
I very specifically asked if the noise level was low, and I was flat out lied to. She(the manager), said it was very quiet and the walls were pretty thick etc etc. Being that I looked at the place during the day when most people were at work I couldnt judge for myself.
Instead I wake up every night from the 'ghetto' neighbors to either side starting up their loud cars that are either very loud or have enhanced mufflers to make them loud.
The residents themselves are dirty and loud. Sometimes I would be drifting off to sleep when one of my neighbors comes running up the stairs(which due to the construction shakes my whole apartment).
Overall, Bad neighborhood, Terrible Noise, and a landlord you can't trust. Dont move here, its worth the extra 150-200 a month to get some sleep every night!
