ok..I guess From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Well, it's nice looking on the outside. The inside is ok. Not a bad location, close to everything. So much for the nice stuff. Do not bother going to "Mr Green Jeans", he is a moron, and will ask you 5 ways about the same thing..sad for a manager. Also, if you are not a trashy woman showing some T&A forget any kind of positive treatment from him. The cost is WAY too much for what you get, and the neighbors are trashy and very ghetto and inconsiderate of anyone other than themselves. The parking is a joke! We have to drive around the block to the back to park'! I have never seen anything like this in my life. A huge hassle when you are done grocery shopping. Also, we have had one person even acknowlege us in a year there'! VERY unfriendly and cold envirnoment. Look elsewhere first.
