faster cheaper better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Like NASA, I keep trying to be faster cheaper better, so I'm always looking around for a better cheaper apartment. So far (after two years here), this is still the best deal. Grounds, location, apartment size, maintenance staff all good.
