Managment Use to be good but no longer... Owner seems not to care!!!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 I would tell you to think twice before you rent from this property. The Old manager was great however, the owner and maintence staff lack proper skills to do their jobs well. I had a Kitchen that was sinking and it took seceral letters and a threat not to pay rent before it was addressed. I also had a bathroom where the toliet almost fell through the roof of the carport. This took more than 6 months. Lights often go out in the complex where it is dark on the street and in the carport. DO not return phone calls and has an additude about concerns or complaints. Parking is poor but not to the fault of the property. You get one spot per unit.
