This place is in a decent area. As others have said, everything is close by. The parking is something that you should keep in mind if you plan to live here. There is one assigned spot and the open parking is very, very limited. I see many cars park in the open spaces that dont have a BH sticker and I have never seen management do anything about it. It wouldnt be a big deal but it sucks knowing you have to fight for parking with tenants who may have more than two cars or visitors who park there as they please.
They say no pets but I know for a fact that there is at least one dog on the property. I am almost certain the landlord(who just recently left quite suddenly) knew about it too.
