Brookdale Apartments

Nice and Spacious Apartments with Large Balconies/Patios From: CaliforniaCupcake Date posted: 6/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   My husband and I have been living in Brookdale Apartments for several months now and absolutely love it here. The apartments are spacious at 1050 square feet for a 2 bedroom, and the balconies are huge...plenty of room for patio furniture. We have a 2 bedroom/1 bath on the second floor and love the high beamed ceilings. Although our apartment is older, it has been remodeled and has brand new carpet throughout and granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom. Not to mention, parking is ample and convenient. We have 2 cars and get 1 reserved space...but there is always plenty of room for our other car, even if coming back late in the evening. The apartment manager is extremely kind, and is right on top of things when something needs to be done. As the apartments are in a very wooded area, sometimes we would have ants that came in. After one call to the manager, an exterminator was here the next day and we havent had a problem since. We are lucky to have very quiet neighbors, and the only thing that is a bit annoying is that you can smell what others are cooking below. However, I can get over that considering everything else has been great. The grounds are also kept very clean and manicured. The pool and the hot tub are large and are also always cleaned. I enjoy that it is a small complex compared to those huge apartment complexes around. It makes it a lot more private and quiet, and the pool and hot tub are rarely crowded. The only thing that would be nicer would be if they allowed pets, and had the laundry facilities open till later. My husband and I visited countless apartments before choosing this one, and are very happy with this choice. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and hope to live here for quite some time.
