We have lived there for only 9 months. The manager would told us one thing and upper management would do the opposite. It all started as soon as you start giving out notice to vacate the property. We were told that once me have moved out and clean out our apartment, property management will refund it fully. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter how clean your apartment will be, management will target all the wear and tear areas and turns it into DAMAGES. They then start charging $53/hour for paint and touch ups, $75 for cleaning blinds, $150 for carpet cleaning and etc... It's frivolous. I just believe that ACCO property management has been getting away with murders (meaning deducting tenants deposit w/o reasoning's) WE NEED TO FORM A GROUP TO PUT ACCO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MANAGERS IN PRISON. We ought to PURSUE A LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM. This means that we need an ATTORNEY or BBB to look into their business malpractice.
