I would really look elsewhere! Apartments are not well-maintaned, and getting someone out to fix things takes forever. Even when they come out, they do a horrible job. The property is not well lit and there were several car break-ins when I lived there. I also had problems with my phone line and, as it turns out, there were rats under the building eating up the lines. It was disgusting. Therre was mold in the bathtub and the carpet had not been replaced in years. I was promised new carpet yet, despite its pathetic appearance and absolute filthiness, they felt it was unnecessary.
