Casa Verde Apartments

Good Changes From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/11/2002 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002   I have lived here for 5 years and have seen a few different managers. There have beed great changes in the recient months. There is a new staff all around and the Halloween party they had was great. Maintenanct gets done the same day and the office staff is very friendly. From what I have heard they are going to have a big Christmas party. I am really looking forward to it. They had a problem with the old patrol servise but a new one has been hired and I see them on the property all the time. I am very confortable living here and look forward to the rent DECREASE that I will recieve in December.
