Management is a joke. Slapped an extra month onto our lease (who ever heard of a 13-month lease'). So be sure to read the dates carefully. Woke up daily to neighbors due to inadequate soundproofing. Leaky showers with very hard water (deposits literally dripping from the faucets). Maintenance came once to fix them but problem returned in days.

High speed internet access unavailable (unless you count 144k iDSL as high speed). Neighborhood extremely shoddy. I would not recommend this complex for anyone but those used to life as prison inmates.
