Okay, nice grounds and fitness room

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
We lived here until able to buy our house. Guest parking was a problem but we enjoyed having a garage. Neighbors were okay, no lack of hot water like our last apartment in Cupertino! Pool is a little noisy but our apartment was quiet and good. A good place for us until our house was ready. Also, management lowered our rent $225 a month when other prices went down!!!
