I've only lived here for 5 months and I already hate it, We have ants everywhere and so do our neighbors, I clean all the time and I have sprayed every square inch of the apartment and they still find their way in through some little hole, like in the ceiling and shower and the dishwasher, also outlets, actually everywhere. Doing laundry here is a joke, it cost $1.25 for the smallest load ever, the washers are VERY small! And you can hear the dirty water in the washers when you turn it around or move it from the previous peoples loads, so basically you have to wash you clothes with a little bit of someone elses dirty water, the counter tops stain very easily, the bathroom counter tops aren't even polished so they look filthy all the time. The walls are like paper and you can hear everything out side, and the garbage truck comes so early and wake us up every morning. These apartments are gated, but they only give you one opener, and for another one you have to put down a $100 deposit. I dont recommend these apartments to any one!
