I lived here for a year and a bit, and I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place. I hope it helps you.

Cons:
If you live above the garage, everytime someone opens the garage, it literally shakes/vibrates your room along with such a horrible noise. It feels like someone's bulldozing your room.

Do not even think about moving in if the ROOM IS FACING THE PARKING LOT because some people come home late and wake you up with loud music, talking/laughing noise, and door slamming. Trust me, it happened almost everyday, and I don't even sleep till 1-2am.

If you come home after 11pm, there's no parking space. and no parking even outside the apt, so prepare to walk quite a bit if you are planning to come home late.

This is not the place to live during the summer because inside the room becomes like dry sauna after 3pm. I think it's something to do with the roof structure or wall material. At least there's AC, but think about the PG&E bill you will spend during the summer.

Sometimes it is not gated community since the gates seem to break down so easily.
Bees make nests around Spring right above your windows, so it can be scary.
I think walls are thin. You can hear your neighbor thru the bathroom wall. not a fun thing to hear, is it'

Pros:
Price is very reasonable, and it is a great place if you have cats. Los of cats/cat lovers in the apartment.
Spacious kitchen and living room.

It is located right next to Los Gatos Creek, so the view can be nice depending on where your room is located.

The entire apartment is very quiet the whole time except for the pakring lot area. The gym is always empty and well maintained. Pool area looks very nice with well maintained plants.

Close to major freeways and shopping area.

You use a card(rechargable) for the laundry, so you don't need to worry about quarters anymore.


So overall, it really depends on where your room is located since this is a huge apartment community.....Good luck.
