This place is not the best. I lived here for two years and there are just so many problems. There are more cons than pros.
Cons
a.No hot water from time to time and they would not call anyone out when its the weekend. So imagin how bad it was when it's aroung the winter time'
b. If you are late coming home, don't think about finding parking.
c. The interior building is really shabby. It seems as if it's falling apart. And when you ask the maintenance people to come out it takes them forever. Plus they are not the most friendly people.
d. Outside lighting is very poor. This is very bad when one comes home late.
e. The wall are so thin that you could hear everything next door.
Pros
a. The managers are very friendly.
b. The gym and the pool are very clean.
c. The landscarping is well kept.
d. Easy access to the freeway
