We rented this apartment because we were in a rush and did not really have time to look. The water heater has broken 4x since we have been here and we go without hot water for up to two days at times. There is an ant and flying bugs infestation throughout the buildings. All of the kitchen appliances are not working properly and appear to be at least 20 years old. The bathroom situation sucks as well, if your neighbor flushes the toilet get ready to be scalded. Also the walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors having conversations in their bed room among other things. Also the parking situation is awful. You can never find parking inside the gate and it is close to impossible to find parking outside. Our neighbors have been here two years and we heard them arguing about how they raise the rent every year by $100.

Bottom line the apartment owners are cheap individuals who have let their apartments go to hell in a hand basket. We can't wait till our lease is over so we can get the hell out! Do not rent from this place. Especially if you have kids as they have allowed a sex offender to move in.
