you pay for what you get From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   You pay for what you get. plumbing here is horrible. Definatly dont drink the water or use it for cooking. When doing dishes the pipes start banging. I keep having problems with my phone line. it has a big bedroom and the parking is patroled. so if you dont mind those issues and you want a inexpensive place then go for it.
