Nice Apartment with ups and downs

The Cherry Creek Apartments has its ups and downs. I lived in a one bedroom apartment for six months and found some comforts and some problems. Let me break it down some more.
Pros
The Cherry Creek Apartments are a great location for quick and easy access to major freeways, including 280, 17, and 85. Plus the Los Gatos Creek trail is easily accessible and runs behind the property.
Wonderful Management and Maintenance. The manager was very friendly and helpful for us and maintenace did a great job fixing any problems we had in a timely manner (always next day).
Good parking, one assigned covered space, with visible nighttime security.
A very spacious bedroom.
Good price.
For your info, all upper floor apartments have wall A/C.
Cons
Not enough laundry on the property. Two laundry rooms with 4 W/D and one small room with one W/D (as far as I can tell) for a complex with over 200 units.
Aging fixtures and appliances. Although our refrigerator was replaced in a very timely manner.
Thin walls! The neighbor's t.v. could easily be heard every night above us.
Bottom floor sinks will back up when nieghbors above us used the disposal. Yuk!
Overall, I would say it is a decent place to live in but perhaps not for the long term. I hope this helps all of you.
