Colonial House Apartments

Noisy. Rude manager. Car broken into. From: unhappy-tenant-colonial Date posted: 9/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I lived there for a few months. The houses across the strees are occupied by people who leave their dog at home all day, so expect to hear a dog bark all day 9-5 if you decide to live here. The area is pretty quiet otherwise but the dogs barking ALL the time is enough to drive you crazy. The lady manager is nice but her husbad who cleans up around the area is the unfriendliest, most rude maintenance person I have ever met. He acts like he owns you just because you live there. And I had my car broken into. They stole my stereo and personal belongings. This place is NOT worth it!
