Decent Apartments, very nice manager but beware about deposits From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   We were living there for a short-term stay of 3 months in the summer. The lady manager and her husband were very very nice to us and helped us when we moved in. They were very friendly and followed up a couple of issues we were having with our sink. I think, the place is good for the kind of rent. However, we lost our entire deposit of $300 when we moved out. We were explicitly told that we do not need to do anything about the drapes but we were charged for their drycleaning. That was somewhat of a letdown after we had moved out.
